Apparecchi per il riscaldamento domestico alimentati con biomassa legnosa ed emissioni di particolato

Abstract:

The scope of the work was to provide Lombardy Region with standard and technical information to support the evaluation of different possibilities in order to regulate solid biofuels combustion, taking into account both the available technologic level and the European state of the art.

The problem was analyzed following six different targets:

1)state of the art of European standardization
2)state of the art of plants technology
3)state of the art of emissions reduction
4)technical information about solid biofuels quality
5)studies about the toxicity of particulate matter derived from wood combustion
6)indications about wood combustion role for what concerns the reduction of greenhouse gas emission
