15 months available in order to plan, design, build, erect and start-up a DeNOx system in a Power plant, Brindisi Nord one, where it does not exist an area enough large to host the DeNOx but a plant whose reality is very intricate and difficult, simply because the power plant is being operated for 30 years. All the above has to be done with no impact on the boiler power production.
The following article broaches the subject, specially from the design point of view, underlining the importance of the process, the fluid dynamics reproduction through a physic model, the structural design, the equipments selection, the assembly and the start-up.
