Note:
This paper gives some more information on the subset of financial instruments directly referenced in the Recast. For the sessions held in Athens in June 2012, contributions were sought from Concerted Action delegates with experience of the application of these funds, and who can give informal and confidential commentary on the experience and impact to date of national projects. We expect informal commentary from Commission representatives also, given that more formal contribution must await the outcome of the current consultation2 on this topic.
