Regards CEN/TC 269 Members and EN 12952-15: I write you concerning proposed changes to EN 12952-15: Water-Tube Boilers. As the coordinating member for the European Committee for Standardization I request the attached technical paper -- which suggests changes to water-tube boiler standards -- be distributed to your country's CEN/TC 269 members. I request that CEN/TC 269 members write to me regards their comments and criticisms with the hope that my suggestions can receive thorough review ... leading to EN 12952-15 changes as appropriate (changes would be submitted on established forms). I have been working in this field for many years, am an ASME Fellow, have over 30 US and European patents in applied thermodynamics related to steam-electric units and understanding water-tube boiler performance, etc. Thank you for considering this request. *Fred D.
