The technical session is related to processes leading to create the conditions for EA to be able to vindicate the competence required by recast Directive 2010/31/EU, Art. 17. Resulting from the TS Training tools suitable for use in MS performed in Luxembourg in 8 from 17 MS the tertiary educationof expert is required and only in two MS a yearly re-qualification is required. New trainings focused on recast directive were planed in three MS. It is possible to conclude, that the professional development basically the development of a person (specialist) focused on professional issues. Personal development includes activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitates employability, enhance quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. The concept is not limited to self-help but includes formal and informal activities for developing others. It refers to the methods, programs, tools, techniques, and assessment systems that support human development at the individual level. Technical changes result in new work processes and procedures.
