Note:
The recast Directive has a number of changes relating to the inspection of heating and
cooling systems, and the new definition of “technical building systems” within the Directive introduces a far wider range of building services equipment to which attention must be given.
These changes were first identified at an earlier technical session, when plans for
implementation had not been prepared. Now that plans by individual MSs are further
advanced a survey has been undertaken to see what they are, reveal any common trends and difficulties, and allow comparisons to be drawn.
