Core Theme 3 Technical session:
- Is focusing on questions to Article 17 taking into account also the Annex I and Annex II of the Directive 2010/31/EU
- Independent experts should be basicly those, which were appointed after the Article 10 of the Directive 2002/91/EC for energy certification and inspection of boilers and air-conditioning systems
- The first step is to map information about the training conditions and backround of qualified experts in MS
- To get the information about these a questionnaire was prepared.
