Based upon the above I kindly ask you to confirm the nomination of Mr Professor Blumbach and Mr Pahl by replying to the draft resolutions (see N 240 – N 243) before 2010-08-23. In the event that members wish to nominate alternative candidates to the Convenorship of CEN/TC 294/WG 4, they are requested to send their nomination to me, with a brief CV suitable for circulation to CEN/TC 294, before 2010-07-26. If such nominations are received, a new committee internal ballot will be initiated. Please note that the completed ballot form should be returned only by national standardization bodies (NSBs).
