At the last CEN/TC 295 Plenary Meeting held in London on18 December 2009 it was agreed that the next CEN/TC 295 Plenary Meeting should be held in London on 12 November 2010. However AFNOR have now indicated that the 12 November 2010 is a Public holiday in France and have asked for a change of date for the meeting. I have now checked the availability of Room G1 at BSI for November 2010 and I list below some possible available dates. I would ask members to please indicate whether or not they can attend a meeting on these listed dates and ask that your reply be returned to me by email at tc295sec@aol.com, by 9th June 2010 at the latest. I look forward to receiving your reply. The date when most people are available will be chosen for the next meeting and which date will be advised to you shortly after the receipt of the replies.
