Following TC89 Resolution 465 (see Annex), I propose the following titles and scopes for the Working group and for the Work Item. We are mandated to agree these, or amended versions of, by the end of the meeting of 14/15 April 2010.
Please therefore consider carefully and submit comments to the WG as early as you
can so that discussion and agreement can be expedited.
