The work has been focused on part 1 and part 2 of the proposed standard. Since many air filter
solutions on the market today are used in both general ventilation systems as well as for intake air
filtration for rotary machinery the strategy has been to adopt as much as possible of the FDIS 21220
document concerning general ventilation filters
