Note:
As you all know resolution 452 (Bruges 5) was suspended by the BT.
According to BT Resolution C031/2009, attached, adopted in May 2009 the scope of WG12 is limited to laboratory tests.
Other parts of the suspended resolution did not, however, contain any controversial points.
Therefore a new resolution 456, identical to resolution 452 but excluding that part concerning in-situ testing, is drafted and herewith sent out
for vote.
