SFEM thanks Inge PIERRE (Svensk Energi) for his report. SFEM supports a SIS proposal on guarantees of origin and the creation of a new CEN/CENELEC working group on energy certificates as actors would benefit from standardisation on GO and energy certificates (white certificates) covering the following aspects :
- terminology and definitions
- concepts for issuing
- measurement methods
- auditing methods,
and also from a synthesis of the results of the white certificate experiences of France, Italy and UK in the form of a technical report.
