Proposal for the establishment of principles by the different WGs from the chairman of CEN/TC383 Helias Udo de Haes for infomation. It gives you information about Helia´s vision and ideas on how to perform the work within the TC383 Working groups. He encloses a note written by Erik Lammerts van Bueren, member of WG3, to the chair of WG3, dealing with general considerations for standard development. He thinks that this note is of broader significance and can be useful for all WGs.
