Dear experts,
In consultation with the Chairman of CEN/TC 383 I have improved the document on the
development of the standard. While the meaning is still the same the text is clearer. The
chairman will send the document to WG 1 and will consult with its chairman to circulate
the document to all WGs except for Annex 1. I include as an attachment the slightly
revised document as it has been approved by the chairman of CEN/TC 383.
