Note:
The EN 12446 was expected to be published by April 2009, but an appeal made by France stopped this procedure. The reason for such an appeal is the change of test methods introduced in the text between the enquiry and the formal vote stages. For this reason, at the last CEN/TC 166 plenary meeting, held on 28/29 April 2009 in Paris, it was agreed to vote by correspondence the possibility of submitting this EN to a second enquiry.
